30-DAY RETURN OPTION
Logitech offers a 30-day return option for the following products: Ultimate Ears Custom in-ear monitors, Ultimate Ears Universal in-ear monitors, Ultimate Ears Switch faceplates and engraved carrying cases (“Products”). Logitech does not offer the 30-day return option for Microsonic earplugs.
To return the Products you must:
- Provide written notice to Logitech of your intent to return the Products within thirty (30) days after the date you receive the Products:
- For Products purchased from an Ultimate Ears authorized dealer, the notice should be sent via email to that authorized dealer
- For Products purchased directly from Logitech, the notice should be sent via email to customsales@ultimateears.com
- Return all components of the Products, including case and cable
- Return Products in the condition received and original packaging
You are responsible for the shipping costs of the Product.
Refunds will be applied to your method of purchase, minus original shipping/handling charges.
Logitech applies a fifteen percent (15%) customization fee for each set of UE Custom in-ear monitors, UE Switch faceplates and engraved carrying cases returned.
The customization fee is a fee deducted from the purchase price (excluding sales tax, if applicable) that Logitech applies for manufacturing a customized product.
Your refund should be received within approximately four (4) weeks after the Products are received by Logitech.
